In the Pursuit of How and Why

In my thoughts,

I look for everything's "why" and "how,"

Life's unfolding like a puzzle every then and now

An ongoing hunt, a battle of thoughts, no final destination in sight,

Trapped in a tunnel, seeking light; I seek answers day and night.

It's a road through a tunnel that

resembles a maze,

A maze where a roadmap holds no place.

Through twists and turns, my journey goes,

Seeking answers, life's enigma in its throes.

Sometimes, a ray of light travels from far away,

But the distance it's at will make your mind sway.

A maze that takes you to places you wouldn't want to go,

Makes you seek the light you didn't know.

This maze eventually leads you to the end,

Throws a light that helps your questions mend.

In the pursuit of "how" and "why,"

You find yourself soaring high in the sky.
